Group advising, consulting & coaching takes a unique approach to enhancing 
business intelligence by assembling a group of individuals with the same or varied 
backgrounds to bring unique and different perspectives.
Groups may include participants from across one company, multiple companies, or a range of industries. Whether selected by ProAdvisorCoach or self-organized, the mix ensures both shared experience and diverse perspectives—providing fresh insights and strategies teams can apply right away.


Group Advising, Consulting & Coaching is flexible to fit participants’ needs and goals. Sessions may be launched by ProAdvisorCoach leaders and shaped by the group, or delivered through a guided process that covers key topics, agendas, and curriculum. Either way, the approach ensures meaningful results with minimal prep required from attendees.

Masterminds

  • A leadership or owner group focused on a shared theme and best practices
  • Topics may include business development, leadership, sales, marketing, talent strategy, growth planning, and vision setting
  • Kickoff meetings, in person or online, help establish community
  • Follow-up sessions may be self-directed or supported through PAC facilitation
  • ypical duration: three months to a year, with flexibility based on group needs
