Don Champaigne is an executive coach with over 15 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, and operations. With a background in advertising from the University of South Carolina, Don has worked with a range of startups, e-commerce brands, and local businesses, both new and well-established, helping them grow through strategic marketing and brand development. He’s also spent several years in the construction industry, leading on-site teams as a project manager and superintendent. This blend of marketing expertise and operational leadership gives him a unique perspective on both business growth and day-to-day execution.

Outside of work, Don enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending time with his wife Rachel, their son Carson, and their pup Remy. Don currently resides  in Charleston, South Carolina.
